A review and demo of the 2007 FSR Fender Palo Ecsrito Telecaster. The Palo Escrito Telecaster was a limited edition guitar produced by Fender and available only in 2007.
Essentially a Classic Series 60’s Telecaster at heart, its Alder Body was finished with Palo Escrito Veneered Top. Palo Escrito is a Mexican indigenous rosewood that has long been used in the manufacture of folk instruments wooden instruments. The C shape maple neck features a rosewood fingerboard with a 7.25 inch radius and 21 medium jumbo frets. The vintage styling in continued with the vintage style Fender / Ping tuners, vintage style bridge with three chrome saddles and a top hat switch. The Alder body also features a dark body binding to off set the veneered top. No two guitars are the same thanks to the detailing and colour in the Palo Escrito veneer. A review & demo of a 2002 Fender Crafted in Japan Blue Flower Telecaster. Would you believe that the design was originally a wallpaper design!!!!
It was issued at the same time as Fender issued the Pink Paisley Telecaster. They gave a model to James Burton who was Elvis' guitarist at the time. Made of basswood, the neck and fretboard are made from maple. The pickguard is clear plexiglass with a blue tint around the neck pickup hole so that it matched the rest of the guitars edging but also covers the neck pickup rout and truss rod access cut out. You can find out more information as well as the full specifications of the guitar on my website at: http://www.2tuguitars.com/blue-flower-telecaster.html Please check us out on: Facebook: @2tuguitars Twitter: @2tuguitars Instagram: @2tuguitars Equipment used to record this this video: Rode VideoMic Pro: http://amzn.to/2FtgCcJ Canon EOS 80D: http://amzn.to/2GuVbZZ Neewer LED Video Light: https://amzn.to/2pN2xBi Neewer Light Stand: http://amzn.to/2nr4DVM Manfrotto 190 Go Tripod: http://amzn.to/2npAnKD If you are interested in what equipment I used to record the video please see the links below.
