WHAT IS AN FSR GUITAR?
FSR stands for Factory Special Run. They can be limited editions of stock models or they can be a special run of a limited edition finish. Musical retailers have the ability of ordering from Fender a certain number of pieces in a spec of their choosing. These were limited to 250 guitars but recently it has been reported that number has been dropped to 100, The retailer will sell them to the public with the exclusivity of it being limited production run.

FSR Swirl; Standard Telecaster. Mexican made 2013, unique swirl finish. 1 0f 27 into the UK.

60th Anniversary Telecaster 2011 Limited Edition. Produced to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Telecaster in 2011.

Modern Thinline Telebration Telecaster 2011 (500). Produced as 1 of the 12 Telebration Telecaster in the Anniversary year of 2011

Originally intended to be an FSR, proved so popular it was added to the full time production models. Has FSR sticker on back of headstock.

FSR Black Paisley Telecaster 2012 (500) A special edition standard telecaster in Black rather than red paisley.

FSR Antigua Telecaster 2012 (500) The famous but rare finish produced to 1970s spec in 2012.

American Standard Limited Edition Telecaster 2012 (hand stained finish - 150). Made even more special by the fact it is hand signed by Jeff Allen production manager at the Carona California factory.

FSR SIlverburst Standard Telecaster FSR (46 UK). A limited edition finish with a reversed control plate.

FSR Butterscotch Highway One Telecaster 2009 (225). A limited edition finish for Europe and Scandanavia only.

FSR Classic Baja Telecaster Lake Placid Blue 2009 (70 UK). A limited edition finish.

FSR Standard telecaster Gun Metal Blue 2002. A limited edition finish.

FSR Classic 60s Palo Escrito Telecaster 2007 Limited Run.) Only produced in 2007 using a rare Mexican rosewood for the veneered top.

FSR Copper Metallic Burst Standard Stratocaster 2011. Limited edition finish issued only in 2011.
