This limited run Fender is sure to please any Fender fan in market for a vintage inspired instrument with the feel and tone of classic era Strats. Its classic double cutaway body, complete with its competition stripes, has been finished in gloss polyester and is married to a maple neck topped with a maple fingerboard. The neck has a comfortable C shaped profile, whilst the fingerboard has a period correct 7.25" radius.
Being a Traditional Series model this 50's Stratocaster is loaded with a set of 3 Vintage Single coil Strat pickups which are controlled in the traditional fashion by a 5 way switch with two tone knobs and a master volume. Other appointments include: a 6-Saddle Vintage Style Synchronized Tremolo, vintage style tuners and a 3-ply pickguard. The Fender MIJ Traditional 50s Stratocaster was originally released in 2018 in three finishes that included contrasting competition stripes.
