PURCHASING TERMS & CONDIITONS
Thank you for your interest in our guitars.
To purchase a guitar you can choose one of the following options:
1) Contact us to discuss the availability of the guitar and to confirm price plus shipping & insurance. Once agreed we will send you a Paypal request for payment (friends & family is not allowed as it negates the protections please do not ask)
2) Get in touch and we will send you a Zettle payment link so you can pay via credit card.
3) Visit my Reverb Shop if you prefer. Please note the Reverb Shop may have different price(s) and may / may not include shipping costs.
Whichever way you decide to purchase the guitar please be rest assured that you will receive excellent service and we would like you highlight some recent Reverb feedback to reassure you.
Guitars are usually shipped out the next working day Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will usually be shipped the next working day usually the Monday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will be shipped out the next working day usually the Tuesday. Please allow 2-3 days for dispatch.
Guitars are sent via next day courier which is usually Parcelforce but if you prefer a specific courier please let us know. Tracking numbers are forwarded to you where possible.
We will arrange insurance to cover the guitar in full.
The Guitars are sold AS DESCRIBED based on the description and the photographs. Refunds will only be issued minus any shipping costs if the guitar does not arrive in the condition it was sent. We photograph all guitars as they are packed prior to shipping for reference.
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use within 7 days of receipt. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to Brexit and changes in shipping documentation, processes and cost we prefer not to ship outside the UK at this time (November 2021)
However if you wish to purchase from outside the UK a 5% surcharge will be added on to the advertised price of the guitar plus shipping cost. Please DO NOT use the paypal button, email us first at [email protected] and we will send you a invoice/link with the correct price which we will agree with you.
PLEASE NOTE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Please be aware that any other additional charges (courier fees, import duties or taxes etc) incurred from International shipments are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price.
International shipments declared values will not be under stated so please do not ask.
