Fender release two very similar looking FSR Telecasters in 2010, one featured a Silverburst finish and the other featured a copperburst finihsed. In 2011 Fender released another FSR Telecaster was a Copperburst Metallic Finish.
Initially made for Guitar Center in the USA a limited number of both the Copperburst and Silverburst finishes were shipped to the UK and Europe. The FSR Standard Telecasters differed slightly from the normal Telecaster made at Fender's Mexican factory. The guitars headstock featured a vintage style Spaghetti logo, the maple neck featured a tinted gloss urethane finish. A reversed control plate and vintage style bridge with three brass saddles was accompnaied by two Hot Standard Single Coil Tele pickups in both the bridge and neck positions.
