This 2009 FSR Fender Special Run Telecaster in Lake Placid Blue was designed by Fender Custom Shop Master Builder, Christopher Fleming.
The Baja Telecaster guitar features an ash body with a thin polyester finish, a soft “V”-shape maple neck with 21 medium jumbo frets, a Custom Vintage broadcaster; bridge pickup and a Custom Twisted Tele neck pickup, a four-way switch and S-1; switching and a classic 3 saddle bridge for greater sustain and the classic Tele Twang! The neck plate is engraved "Fender Custom Shop Designed". This version with the Lake Placid Blue finish was a limited ediiton for Europe with at the time only 70 coming to the UK.
