To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the fender Telecaster, the company launched a series of 12 Telebration Telecasters at the Winter 2011 NAMM show.
Each of the 12 guitars would be produced in a limited run of 500 pieces with the exception of two that would be limited to 300 pieces. Half way through the series cam the Cabronita Telecaster. It was available in sunburst or black finishes. What Fender says: "The popular Custom Shop guitar now offered at a lower price point! Two TV Jones Filtertron pickups on a slab body, 2 Tone Sunburst or Black." |
