In 2010 Fender release a couple of FSR's that were finished in Silverburst and Copperburst. The Silverburst Telecaster was made in Mexico and a limited number of only 46 guitars were shipped to the UK. Initially the run of guitars was for Guitar Center in the USA.
Slightly different from the Standard Telecaster and with subtle differences to the Copperburst FSR Telecaster, the Silverburst model featured a vintage style Spaghetti Logo, the neck finish was not tinted like the Copperburst Tele. The bridge featured the Standard six saddle bridge. I purchashed my Silverburst Telecaster from Reidy's in Blackburn. |
