Back in the early 200s PRS released a three pickup guitar in their SE range. Fitted with either S/S/S or H/S/S configurations the SE EG came in either stop tail or tremolo versions.
The guitars were made in Korea by World Musical Instruments under license from PRS, like so many of their SE models, and were available from 2003 through to 2005. The SE EG’s were a solid mahogany guitar with a glued-in mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. Featuring a 3-ply pickguard with 3 custom single coil pickups or 2 custom uncovered humbuckers and a 5-way blade pickup selector. They SE EG S/S/S models were initially available in Antique White, Metallic Red and Metallic Blue finishes.
