The Fender Monster Energy Telecaster was a limited edition issued in 2011 as a prize in a competition by the Monster Energy drinks company. 100 guitars were to be given away as first prize.

​Based on a American Standard Telecaster the body featured special design based on the Monster Energy Company logo. 

Only 118 of the guitars were produced by Fender.
