Finally an affordable Cabronita Telecaster to fit everyone's budget. Following on from the 2011 Telebration Cabronita Telecaster and this years Custon Shop 3 pickup model comes a Mexican version of the sought after guitar.
Available in three finishes White Blonde, Black and Sunburst the Cabronita features a 22 fret maple neck with two Fender Fideli-Tron humbucking pick ups. Unlike other Telecaster where you have a master Volume and Master Tone control, the Cabronita does not have a Master Tone control. According to Fender UK the Mexican version of the Cabronita was due to be a FSR model that proved so popular when launched at the Summer NAMM show that it was decided it would go into full productions. Some models like mine feature the Special edition Sticker. The series was discontinued in 2016. My guitar was bought from (the no longer trading) Hartnoll Guitars in Plymouth. |

The Cabronita was initially available in white blonde, black and sunburst. Surf green and candy apple red replaced the white and sunburt finishes a year later.
