Everyone who knows anything about Telecasters, knows about James Burton's Pink Paisley Telecaster he used whilst a member of Elvis Presley's backing band.

In mid 2020 amidst the global Coronavirus Pandemic Fender japan released a series of limited edition models,, including a Black Paisley Telecaster. As with the Pink Paisley version the Black Paisley has the design on both the front and the back of the guitars.

This is in contrast to the Mexican made 2012 FSR Black Paisley Telecaster which only has the design on the front.
